Mr. Zhuang set up the Benevolent Fortune in 2019 to provide accounting, taxation and secretarial services to small companies or businesses in Singapore. Before venturing into his business, he was working in Singapore accounting/audit firms and small and medium-sized enterprises over the last 11 years.

From years 2007 to 2011, he worked for Royal Management Services (S) Pte. Ltd., Tan & Teh – Certified Public Accountants and Audit Alliance LLP – Certified Public Accountants where he accumulated rich experience in outsourcing accounting, auditing and compliances and also  acquired advanced fluency/proficiency in QuickBooks, MYOB, XBRL, AuditExpress software by managing full set of accounts, collecting and sorting data, providing internal & external audit services for clients, assisted supervisors in planning and performing statutory audits (including stock takes, vouching, and reconciliation tasks) and compiling financial statements, preparing tax computation & schedules. He also provided high value-added to client management by recommending improvements to internal controls for added compliances and reduction of operating costs and financial risks.

During the period 2012-2019, Mr Zhuang was mainly engaged in the work of accounts executive, accountant or supervisor in small and medium-sized enterprises or charitable organisations in Singapore i.e. Gati Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Singa Group of Companies, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities. He maintained a full set of business accounts and ensured the satisfaction of daily, monthly and other reporting deadlines, collaborated with other staff in account closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting, developed exceptional rapports with operational managers and staff to delegate work and ensure proper completion and submission of accounting inputs, assisted in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for financial management, prepared budgets and reports and performed variance analysis for the entities, submitted reports to government agencies and monitored the funding application process for proper controls, educated and guided junior accounting staff in proper procedures, identifications of errors and recommended controls and cost saving measures.

庄先生于2019年成立仁者财富商业公司，为新加坡的小公司或企业提供会计、税务和秘书服务。在创业之前，他在新加坡会计师事务所/审计事务所和中小企业工作了11年。

2012-2019年期间，庄先生主要从事新加坡中小企业或慈善组织的会计主管、会计师或监事工作。他曾经工作过的公司有：Gati亚太私人有限公司、Singa公司集团、太和观慈善机构。他管理过完整的商业账目，确保满足每日、每月和其他报告截止日期的要求，并与其他员工合作进行结账、对账和财务报告，与运营经理和员工建立了良好的关系，以委派工作，确保正确完成和提交会计输入，协助起草财务管理标准操作程序（SOP），编制预算和报告，并对各实体进行差异分析，向政府机构提交报告，并监督资金申请过程，以便进行适当的控制，对初级会计人员进行适当程序方面的教育和指导，查明错误并提出建议的控制措施和成本节约措施。
